Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

. Coordinate project management activities, resources,equipment and information.

. Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes andtargets.

. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedulemanagement.

. Make sure that clients needs are met as projects evolve.

. Coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams, includingsoftware, electrical, and mechanical engineers.

. Manage the site implementation process and coordinate allphases of the project work to ensure the smooth implementation of the site.

. Assist with project procurement management.

. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.

. Conduct risk assessments for projects, proposingmitigations and actions to keep projects on track.

. Support the project manager in the creation of project proposals, templates, schedules, and briefs.

. Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring that all project members have access to necessary information.

. Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.

. To plan and execute project schedules to ensure timely completion of project.

. To carry out on-site testing and commissioning of systems, prepare operation manuals, etc.

. To provide technical support and user training to end-users.

. To carry out maintenance and support services to existing customers.

. Ad hoc duties as assigned.
