Job Summary
Support project manager by planning, organizing, supervising, and coordinating with sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolution of technical and site issues.
Responsibilities
- Plan and organize project activities to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Supervise and liaise closely with sub-contractors to coordinate work and resolve issues.
- Prepare material orders and arrange timely delivery to the site.
- Develop shop drawings and prepare material submissions for approval.
- Assist the Project Manager in handling technical and site-related issues.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
- Manage work priorities and maintain performance under pressure and tight schedules.
- Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude to support project goals.
