PROJECT ENGINEER

Sol Luminaire, an architectural lighting studio founded in Singapore, is expanding.
We are looking for a Project Engineer to support our operations as we grow.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the expansion of Sol Luminaire's new Smart Home department

• Support Sol Luminaire's lighting consultancy projects involving smart home equipment

• Program smart home products and configure systems according to clients requirements

• Maintain good relationships with new and existing clients

• Provide effective advice, after-sales solutions, and troubleshooting support

• Deliver excellent customer service by identifying and addressing issues in a timely manner

• Ensure KPIs are met

• Prepare weekly progress reports and analyse data to support future improvements

The Ideal Candidate:

• Able to travel within Singapore when required

• Comfortable communicating with contractors, business owners, interior designers, and architects

• Willing to visit construction sites to provide lighting advice and consultation

• Possesses strong communication skills and demonstrates initiative

• Experience in smart home equipment is preferred but not required

Additional Information:

• Salary and additional allowances will be commensurate with relevant experience

• Candidates with their own vehicle will be entitled to a higher vehicle allowance
