Company Overview: -

Basic Up to: $3600 + AWS + VB + Sign-on Bonus + $1100 fixed transport allowance + $900 vehicle expenses + $200 Handphone

Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)

Your Responsibilities: -

Coordinate project site activities and oversee daily operations, logistics, and customer arrangements.
Lead a team of professionals throughout project planning, development, implementation, and completion.
Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, external parties, and customers to ensure compliance with project requirements at customer sites.
Work closely with customer site operations to understand project requirements, clarify expectations, and address operational needs.
Manage project site coordination and participate in contractor meetings as required by the customer, providing feedback and recommendations to the Manager for necessary follow-up actions.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, meeting minutes, contractor briefing notes, and progress reports.
Monitor project progress and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.

You will need: -

Dip in Engineering
Min 3 yrs working in site management
Possess own vehicle

Relevant Permits: -

Supervise Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) in Process Plant. .
Supervise Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) in Construction Site. .
BizSAFE Level 2: Develop a risk management implementation plan. .
WSQ Certificate: Respond to Fire and Hazmat Emergency.
