Project Engineer - Site Ops

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams, customers and external contractors.

• Lead and coordinate project activities from planning through completion.

• Oversee daily project operations, site activities and logistics arrangements.

• Prepare and maintain project schedules, documentation, meeting minutes and progress reports.

• Liaise with customers to understand project requirements and resolve operational issues.

• Attend contractor meetings and provide project updates to management.

• Monitor customer satisfaction, address complaints and support customer relationship management.

• Ensure all personnel and subcontractors comply with workplace safety, environmental and health requirements, including JSRA reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum Dipoma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Site Management, or Customer Liaison Roles
