1. Assist the Project Manager in overall site supervision and coordination.
2. Plan, schedule, forecast, and oversee technical and managerial aspects of projects.
3. Lead and manage supervisors, workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.
4. Resolve site issues and coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and relevant parties.
5. Coordinate site activities, workflows, inspections, and attend coordination meetings with main contractors representatives.
6. Plan, implement, and monitor weekly work activities in accordance with the master project schedule.
7. Monitor and ensure timely submission of M&E shop drawings, material approvals, and as-built drawings.
8. Implement and oversee Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities.
9. Track project progress, productivity, quality, and material usage to ensure compliance with project targets and schedules.
10. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
