Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects, with a focus on Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems, from initiation to completion.
- Ensure project objectives related to scope, schedule, budget, and quality are consistently achieved.
- Coordinate and liaise with consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and interpret project specifications, technical drawings, and engineering submissions.
- Manage procurement schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and enforce compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, variation orders, testing and commissioning records.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, building codes, and workplace safety and health regulations.
Requirements:
- ITE, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry, preferably in M&E and ACMV systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems and local regulatory requirements.
- Excellent project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple project tasks effectively.
