PROJECT ENGINEER

What you'll be doing:

Coordinating and overseeing the execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines

Providing technical expertise and support to the project team, including conducting site inspections, evaluating design drawings, and identifying and resolving any issues

Collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and problem-solving

Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed

Ensuring compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations

Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members, contributing to the development of the company's talent pool

What we're looking for:

A bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognized by PEB or Building Construction Authority

At least 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry, preferably in the civil/structural engineering domain

Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents

Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute projects effectively

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
