We are seeking a skilled Ship Repair Asst Engineer/Engineer to manage day-to-day operations and coordination of harbourcraft/medium size vessels dockings and repairs Singapore, including anchorage repairs as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
. Manage service job execution and coordinate with Shipyard Production Team, Purchasing, Technical, Classification Societies, Ship Designers, etc.
. Liaise with customers, such as Ship Managers, Ship Owners, Agents and others.
. Prepare quotations for tariff and non-tariff jobs, Purchase Orders (to suppliers), tools & equipment lists and procurement of Spares/Materials, etc. and final invoicing to client.
. Coordinate transport if necessary of contractors/suppliers, tools & equipment to and from job sites including anchorage.
. Daily work planning for shipyard team (small workforce, 10 pax) including manpower planning, reporting, etc.
. Answer customer queries and provide remote technical support.
Requirements:
. Diploma in Marine Engineering or similar.
. Past experience in marine/shipyard/ship repairs will be preferred.
. Experience in coordinating marine service work, especially afloat repairs will be an advantage.

About the Role:
