Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor, and manage project schedules and progress.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors on-site to resolve project issues.
- Review drawings for discrepancies before execution.
- Prepare progress reports and support payment claims.
- Verify subcontractor claims and ensure project documentation compliance.
- Prepare safety documents such as risk assessments, method statements, and safety procedures.
- Arrange equipment testing and maintain project records per ISO standards.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Own transport required.
- Knowledge of WSH Safety Regulations or certified Safety Coordinator.
- Experience in construction industry preferred.
