Responsibilities:
- Attends coordination, interface and project services meetings.
- Capture accurate and structured meeting minutes, including key discussions, decisions, risks, issues and constraints.
- Document action items with clear owners and deadlines
- Tracks and actively follows up on action items to ensure timely closure.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, presentations and formal documents using PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Maintains tracking logs and summaries with accuracy and consistency
- Ensure all reports are concise, error-free, and delivered within reporting deadlines and cycles.
- Supports progress tracking and consolidation across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
- Coordinates collection of multi-discipline project inputs.
- Maintains action, risk, issue and deliverable trackers.
- Ensures traceability and conssitency of information across project reports.
- Identifies opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, meeting effectiveness and information flow
- Proposes process improvements to enhance productivity and coordination.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, Shipbuilding, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering or relevant apprenticeship training in a marine trade
- Experience in FPSO, offshore, oil & gas, or large EPC projects
- Prior exposure to project services, project controls, or management reporting
- Accurate and timely meeting minutes and action tracking
- Strong coordination across FPSO project interfaces
- Continuous contribution to improving project services efficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced FPSO construction environment
