Project Engineer / Project Manager (M&E / Fire Protection/ Steel / Across SG)

About the Role

We are representing established construction and engineering firms that are expanding their project teams. They are looking for Project Engineers and Project Managers to support and lead projects across M&E, power infrastructure, ACMV systems, Fire Protections, and Steel Structure works.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on project coordination and delivery in a site-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage construction activities to meet project timelines and budgets

• Oversee site execution, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality and safety standards

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders on technical and progress matters

• Prepare project schedules, method statements, progress reports, and documentation

• Review drawings, specifications, and ensure works are carried out according to approved plans

• Manage variations, claims, and cost control where applicable

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and regulatory requirements

• Attend site meetings and resolve technical or operational issues promptly

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Civil, or related)

• Relevant experience in M&E / Power / ACMV / Fire Protections / Steel Structure construction projects

• Familiarity with site operations, coordination, and project documentation

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Candidates with BCA-registered experience or relevant certifications will be an advantage
