Job Description

PAPE Engineering is looking for a Project Engineer / Project Coordinator, based in our Singapore office, to support the delivery of offshore Oil & Gas engineering projects. The role works closely with the Project Engineering Manager, the engineering team, clients and subcontractors to ensure deliverables are on time, within budget and meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of the project engineering scope
Prepare and maintain project schedules, deliverable registers and progress reports
Attend weekly meetings with the client and prepare minutes of meeting
Coordinate with the technical teams to resolve project issues
Coordinate between engineering disciplines, clients and subcontractors
Track document submissions, review comments and close-outs
Support tendering, procurement and fabrication activities
Monitor progress, flag risks and changes, and follow up actions
Attend technical meetings, design reviews and HAZIDs, and prepare minutes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Marine Engineering or equivalent
3-7 years of experience in offshore Oil & Gas projects
Understanding of offshore facilities and engineering deliverables
Familiar with offshore standards (DNV, API, ISO)
Strong organisation, communication and coordination skills
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
