Job Summary

A Project Management Manager (Project Manager) plans, executes, and closes projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to stakeholder specifications. They define project scope, manage resources, mitigate risks, and lead cross-functional teams, serving as the central bridge between upper management and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines to develop detailed project plans aligned with business objectives
• Coordinate internal resources and stakeholders to track progress and ensure projects are delivered on schedule
• Prepare and monitor project budgets to control expenses and achieve financial targets
• Identify potential bottlenecks, risks, or issues proactively and implement effective mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders through regular status reports to ensure transparency and alignment
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve defined goals and foster collaboration

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, often preferred
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, and MS Project
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills
