JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee plumbing & sanitary (P&S) installation works for assigned projects.
- Review drawings, technical specifications, and coordinate with consultants, architects, and clients.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure materials and workmanship comply with design and authority standards.
- Prepare shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions for approval.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure installation works meet approved drawings and quality standards.
- Coordinate with other trades (mechanical, electrical, structural, architectural) to resolve site clashes.
- Prepare project documentation including progress reports, inspection reports, and as-built drawings.
- Monitor project progress, control cost, and ensure timely completion of works.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and company safety policies.
- Attend site meetings and assist the Project Manager in handling technical issues and variation orders.
- Any other business related matters assigned by the Management/Head office.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in M&E Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.
- BCA Certificate in Plumbing & Pipefitting is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in plumbing & sanitary or M&E projects.
- Good knowledge of PUB, BCA, and NEA regulations.
- Able to interpret technical drawings and coordinate multiple trades.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
