PROJECT ENGINEER (plumbing and sanitary)

1. To assist Project Manager in site supervision.

2. Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of plumbing and sanitaryworks.

3. To Execute project works based on the drawing / specification / code of practice COP / PUB & BCA standards.

4. To resolve site issues with supervisors, maincontractor, subcontractors, vendors and or/ related 3rd parties.

5. To co-ordinate site works, workflows and inspection with main contractors site representatives including attending site co-ordination meetings.

6. To plan implement and monitor weekly works activities with a team of supervisors in accordance to the master schedule.

7. To implement Testing & Commissioning plan.

8. To monitor work progresses, productivity, qualities and materials usages and ensure those items meet the targeted schedule.

9. Other adhoc duties

Requirements:

Degree/ Diploma/ ITC certificates in related trades.

Prior experience in Construction-Plumbing & Sanitary Works will be an added advantage.

Able to work independently in a team environment.

BCSS and any other WSH related certificates.
