Job Summary
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to deliver engineering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals in industrial and regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project proposals, investment justifications, and business cases to support strategic capital planning
- Define project scope, cost, schedule, and risk parameters aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure project alignment and execution
- Oversee engineering design (electrical, mechanical, process) to meet operational requirements and standards
- Manage vendor contracts ensuring compliance with procurement policies and safety protocols
- Track project milestones, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Administer change control processes, authorizing all scope changes to maintain project integrity
- Conduct validation activities and prepare for audits and regulatory inspections to ensure compliance
- Finalize technical closure and documentation to support project completion
- Support maintenance setup including calibration plans and spare parts assessments for operational readiness
- Drive productivity improvements and digital integration to enhance project delivery efficiency
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field)
- Proven experience managing project execution within industrial or regulated environments
- Familiarity with project controls and EPCM contractor management
- Knowledge of industrial standards, cost estimation, scheduling, and project management frameworks
- Understanding of GMP, GEP, GDP, EHS, and local SOPs to ensure regulatory compliance
