Job Scope
1. Project Coordination
Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.
Ensure project activities are carried out according to schedule and specifications.
2. Site Supervision
Supervise site activities and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and suppliers on site progress.
3. Technical Support
Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Provide technical guidance to site staff and workers.
4. Progress Monitoring
Monitor daily site progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
Ensure works are completed according to project timeline.
5. Quality & Safety Control
Ensure construction work meets quality standards and project requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
6. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare site reports, progress reports, and project documentation.
Maintain proper records of site activities and materials.
7. Coordination with Stakeholders
Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Attend site meetings and assist in resolving technical issues.
8. Material & Resource Management
Coordinate material delivery and ensure sufficient resources for site work.
Monitor material usage and site inventory.
9. Other Duties
Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager or management.
