Project Engineer

Job Description & Requirements- Tender documents and understanding thescope of work and profiles ofclient, main contractor & Sub contractor.- Prepare the project plan which alignedwith consultant master catch up plan- Before starting the mobilization of subcontractor need to do internal planning onscheduling the day to day works andforecast planning.- Preparing Precon, Method of Statement,Safe work procedure, Risk Assessment, RFA&RFI documents as per site condition and getapproval.- Review the entire Material submittals forACMV and submit to clients M&Econsultant,- Archi, Structural & Green mark consultantfor approval.- Review the entire Shop Drawingsubmittals for ACMV and submit to clientsM&Econsultant, Archi & Structural for approval.- Check and verify Heat load calculation,Selection of HVAC equipment for Direct- Expansion System, Chiller Process (Air &Water Cooled) & VRV/ VRF System.- Plans, supervises and co-ordinates theAirconditioning & Mechancal installation.
- Co-ordinating with the RE and RTO forinspections for works done and arrange fortesting- Planning and scheduling of theprogrammed of works- Supervision of sub-contractors work at site- Prepares working drawings &specifications indicating materials to be used- Checks completed work to ensurecompliance with specifications and safetystandards- Liaise with Consultants, clients andarchitects on project matters pertaining toPlumbing,- Sanitary, Electrical and Gas- Schedule purchase and deliveries of allmaterials for the project in a timely manner- Check and ensure all installations conformto project specifications- Update projects progress regularly fromsupervisor- Assign task to, and supervise AssistantProject Engineer, Technician- System applications, drafting, data basegeneration and commissioning- Identify and secure variation order- Cost control. Monitor and ensure deliveryof financial commitment as per CIS- Ensure that all work completed are filedand invoiced- Follow-up on payment from customersand verify payment to our suppliers- Training customer and provide first yearmaintenance warranty schedule visiting- Hand over project to customer and later toservice team.
