Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager in coordinating site execution activities which include carrying out the implementation, monitoring delivery, site installation, inspection and handover schedule in accordance to planned project schedule.
- Report to Project Manager on all project-related matters.
- Manage daily deliverables from subcontractors.
- Set up and configure security systems such as Access Control Systems and CCTV.
- Monitor and update site progress report.
- Attend site safety and progress meetings.
- Handle permit applications and approvals from relevant parties
- Document installation method statements and site drawings.
- Work with the Systems Engineer on the development of security systems (e.g., Access Control Systems, CCTV)
- Conduct proof-of-concept, testing and commissioning of security systems.
- Prepare project submissions, system designs and installation drawings.
- Ensure all implemented work and systems conform to the contract and technical requirements.
- Carry out frontend equipment QR code tagging
- Comply with the company's governance procedure at all times.
- Ensure that works activities are arried out in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and its regulatory requirements.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
Competence (Knowledge, Skills andAbilities):
- Understanding and knowledge of the Singapore security and surveillance sector and its operating environment, as well as its limitations and applications.
- M&E(Mechanical and Electrical) knowledge and experience will be an advantage.
- Skills in troubleshooting technical issues related to the company's products.
- Skills in relating to and servicing the end-users with a win-win mind set.
- Skills in negotiation with end-users on non-critical product maintenance requirements.
- Skills in preparation of materials and presenting in small group settings (user demo and training, customer presentation).
Requirements:
- May be required to be stationed at construction sites.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast paced and performance driven environment.
- Able to converse well with customers and address enquiries professionally.
- Strong technical knowledge and certification on in-house products.
- Able to deal with routine tasks and may perform tasks with some level of complexity.

Education & Experience:
- Degree or equivalent in Engineering discipline or related studies
- Minimum 3 years relevant project experience
- Candidates with CCTV deployment experience preferred
