Project Engineer

Job description

• Project management, assist in developing develop project plans and oversee their execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Install, configure, test, and deploy products, software, IT systems and infrastructure
• Attend to site installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Produce technical documentation for implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), reports, and technical manuals
• Providing reports on project status, activities and achievements to upper management
• Identify customer needs and participate in site surveys
• Prepare demo systems, proof-of-concepts (POCs), technical designs, and solution proposals.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, end users and government agencies
• Product testing and evaluation
• Perform any other duties assigned

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Engineering, IT Networking, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Multimedia Technology, or a relevant field of study
• Previous experience as a Project Engineer or System Engineer in an IT-related field preferred thou fresh graduates with a strong interest welcomed
• Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems, video streaming, basic programming, scripting, computer hardware, and IT networks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Positive learning attitude and aptitude
• A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English
• Self-driven and able to work under stress and independently
