Job Description

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Delivery

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Lead project execution and ensure milestones are achieved according to plan.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate governance and change control processes.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage client expectations through clear communication, regular updates, and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and progress reviews.

Team & Resource Management

  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, including internal staff, vendors, and partners.
  • Assign tasks, clarify roles and responsibilities, and motivate team members.
  • Monitor team performance and address capability or resourcing gaps where required.

Risk, Quality & Compliance

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards and contractual requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Financial & Reporting

  • Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial accountability.
  • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and post-project reviews.
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices.

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in technology, solutions, or professional services environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects successfully within scope, time, and budget.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong project planning, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent).
