Core Job Scope & Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop, monitor, and update project timelines, milestones, and workflows to ensure timely completion.
- Site Management & Coordination: Oversee on-site construction or technical operations, coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and clients for seamless execution.
- Technical Compliance & QA/QC: Ensure all work complies with technical specifications, design drawings, and quality control standards.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, review, and submit technical reports, project documentation, method statements, and variations orders.
- Safety & Risk Management: Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations on-site, identifying potential hazards and implementing mitigation measures.
- Resource Allocation: Manage materials, equipment, and manpower, ensuring efficient use of resources.
