What You'll Do

• Manage engineering projects to meet timelines, scope, and quality standards.

• Assist with cost estimation and help keep projects within budget.

• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and other teams to achieve project milestones.

• Maintain accurate project plans, schedules, and progress reports.

• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects running smoothly.

What You'll Bring

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or a related field.

• 1-3 years of relevant project engineering experience

• Strong communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A solid understanding of scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.

• Familiarity with Powder Injection Molding (PIM), Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and secondary operations.
