Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from award to handover, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and deliverables.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans across multiple projects.
- Conduct pre- & post-tender surveys and support modification (MOD) projects.
- Drive variation orders to achieve financial objectives.
- Prepare project management reports and attend monthly Work in Progress (WIP) reviews.
- Lead project teams, attend site meetings, coordinate inspections, and manage handover processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor costs, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time project delivery.
- Enforce compliance with organizational policies, quality processes, and safety standards.
- Champion workplace safety through regular inspections and safety leadership.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)
- Strong project management knowledge and exposure to construction-related projects.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Safety-conscious with keen attention to detail.
