- Diploma or ITE qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, IT, Project Engineering, or related fields.
- Proactive and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Highly motivated with the ability to perform under tight deadlines.
- Passion for customer service, with prior experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, especially in a multicultural work environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel for overseas assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and conduct site surveys when necessary.
- Develop detailed designs and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
- Plan and schedule project activities in alignment with contractual timelines.
- Coordinate the delivery of goods with suppliers and warehouse teams.
- Manage daily project operations and resolve any arising issues.
- Communicate with customers regarding plan approvals, work progress, issue resolution, and project updates.
- Participate in site meetings and inspections, providing regular progress reports and monitoring schedules.
- Prepare and submit monthly project reports to the Project Manager and customers.
- Facilitate project handover to customers, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
