Project Engineer (Mechanical)

Job Description

• Plan and manage mechanical works, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Attend project meeting, occasionally
• Perform design and analysis for mechanical engineering works.
• Review shop drawings, and as-built drawings
• Conduct site inspections and ensure that mechanical works comply with project specifications and quality standards
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to avoid delays
• Ensure all mechanical works adhere to safety regulations and codes of practice

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Entry level / with experience in mechanical project management or coordination
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other project management tools
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and their integration in projects
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge in local building codes and safety regulations
