Project Engineer (M&E)

Job Description :

• Establish success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
• Identify and ensure awareness of quality, safety, health and environment issues.
• Maintain effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project.
• Project planning, including producing the detailed project plan.
• Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team.
• Manage the change control process.
• Monitor and advise upon project finances.
• Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
• Prepare formal project progress and other reports.
• Interface with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
• Identify opportunities to develop new business with existing clients and reporting such opportunities to management.
• Ensure prompt invoicing and monitor a project's financial status.
• Assist in project engineering of electrical systems, including design experience in M&E systems.

Requirements :

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferably have experience in ACMV.
• Fresh graduate from local universities are welcome to apply.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Team player with the right attitude, hardworking and resourceful.
• Proactive in solving client's issues.
• Working locations - Tuas or Loyang
• Working days - 5.5days (alternate Sat off)
