Lead project phases, ensuring adherence to resource, quality, and risk standards, while managing project profitability.
Coordinate administrative aspects of projects, including reporting, claims, and invoice processing, up to final handover documentation.
Identify and address project issues, proposing quality, risk, and administrative process improvements.
Foster effective communication and negotiation, liaising between internal and external stakeholders to ensure project cohesion.
Manage subcontractor integration, ensuring compliance with technical requirements.
Interpret project drawings, identify discrepancies across trades, and develop resolutions.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution of alteration and addition (A&A) works to ensure on-time completion.
Regularly update management and clients on project progress, maintaining transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Civil/Construction/Building Services Engineering, with a strong understanding of relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
Proven leadership ability, with the skills to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
