Project Engineer (M&E)

RESPONSIBILITIES

. Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical works with consultant and sub-contractors on-site

. Oversee all related M&E issues on site

. Provide guidance to site supervisors in relation to M&E works, and ensure progress according to schedule, quality and safety standards

. Carry out site inspections and timely resolve technical issues.

. Assists Project Manager in planning, managing and execution of M&E construction activities

. Ensures the timely preparation of method statements, project progress reports and other documentations required by consultants and project owners.

. Attend meetings with consultants, owners and other stakeholders

. Any adhoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

. Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics Engineering/ Specialist Diploma in M&E

Coordination, or other relevant qualifications

. Minimum 3 years working experience in M&E projects

. Dynamic and motivated personality with good communication and interpersonal skills

. Ability to think out-of-the-box

. Proficient in MS Office Software

. AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage
