Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and managing M&E projects from start to completion.
Supervise daily site activities and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
Review and prepare shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, work progress reports, testing & commissioning documents, and other project-related records.
Monitor project progress, identify site issues, and work with the project team to resolve technical and coordination matters.
Coordinate the procurement of materials and equipment to support project requirements.
Manage subcontractors work quality, safety, and progress on site.
Oversee testing, commissioning, project handover, and preparation of as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
Ensure all works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in M&E building construction projects in Singapore.
Familiar with M&E systems
Able to read technical drawings and coordinate with multiple project stakeholders.
Proficient in AutoCAD knowledge of BIM software is an advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in English and Mandarin
Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.
