Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

  • Assist in planning project schedules, work sequences, and resource allocation

  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

  • Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports

  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues

Site Supervision

  • Supervise daily site activities to ensure productivity and quality

  • Coordinate site works with subcontractors and vendors

  • Ensure proper implementation of safety measures and site housekeeping

  • Conduct inspections and ensure rectification of defects

Cost & Procurement Support

  • Assist in material take-offs and procurement planning

  • Track variation orders and assist in claims documentation

  • Monitor material usage to minimize wastage

Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with WSH regulations and company safety policies

  • Participate in safety briefings and toolbox meetings

  • Support QA/QC documentation, inspections, and testing

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

  • Maintain proper records for drawings, submissions, RFIs, and site instructions

  • Support project handover and as-built documentation

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)

  • 1-5 years of relevant project or site experience

  • Familiar with construction drawings and site coordination

  • Knowledge of local codes and regulations (e.g. BCA, LTA, WSH in Singapore)

  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (Revit is an advantage)

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
