Responsibilities:
- Review and take over instrument orders from the Sales Team and process them in the SAP system.
- Plan and schedule orders based on customer requirements and coordinate placement with the factory.
- Prepare and provide standard instrument specification sheets and drawings to customers.
- Follow up with customers for specification and drawing approvals.
- Lead and participate in technical and progress review meetings with clients.
- Coordinate with system integrators to ensure product quality and adherence to timelines.
- Work with the Purchasing Team on issuing purchase orders to suppliers.
- Monitor shipment schedules and perform expediting when required to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the Logistics Team for smooth and timely delivery arrangements.
- Track project progress and ensure costs are maintained within the sales forecast.
- Prepare and compile final project documentation before project closure.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in electrical work within the petrochemical or oil & gas industry.
- Experience in instrumentation measurement (pressure, flow, level, temperature, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint.
- Project management experience is an added advantage.
