Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical solutions using Siemens TIA Portal, PCS7, WinCC, and STEP 7 to support automation projects
- Develop and maintain SCADA, Historian, and Reporting Systems to ensure accurate data collection and analysis
- Conduct root cause analysis and apply CAPA, FEMA, and HAZOP methodologies to resolve issues in pharmaceutical plants
- Utilize PCS7 libraries to optimize automation system performance and reliability
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GEP, and Data Integrity standards in pharmaceutical, biopharma, and API manufacturing environments
- Lead PCS7 migration projects and design large-scale automation architectures to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating resources and timelines to meet delivery targets
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables with business needs
- Provide team leadership and mentoring to develop technical skills and foster collaboration
