Assist the Project/Site Manager in project planning, co-ordinate, execute and monitor all works on site.
Responsible for daily site operation, monitor and co-ordinate works with supervisors and site team to ensure smooth progress.
Supervise the team and ensure high standard of safety practices are carried out at all times.
Plan on daily project activities and monitor progress to ensure civil and structural activities meet project specifications and project schedule.
Undertake design and construction issues concerning all works, provide engineering inputs, resolving technical problems and ensuring quality of projects.
Liaise with all parties involved in the project including Main contractor, relevant authorities, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.
Co-ordinate with Procurement on delivery items and schedule.
Ensure all project documentations (method of statement, work progress reports, daily reports, QA/QC report etc.) are submitted in a timely manner.
Attend progress meeting and prepare necessary report to client or management.
Any other adhoc duties assigned by the Project Manager.
JobRequirements:
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering orequivalent.
1-3 years ofrelevant work experiences in construction industry (Civil /Structural Projects preferred).
Ability towork independently, multi-task and possess strong communication skill communication skills.
Willing and able to work at project sites.
Competency inMicrosoft applications including Words, Excel and Outlook.
With relevantWSQ certification will have added advantage.
