Job Summary

The Project Engineer manages and schedules technical project activities to ensure accuracy and quality. This role leads engineering disciplines, coordinates contractors, and oversees project implementation from planning to reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project execution with contractors to ensure timely and accurate completion of engineering work
• Plan work schedules and determine material requirements for the purchasing department to support project progress
• Provide regular updates on engineering status, including drawings and bill of materials, to maintain project transparency
• Prepare weekly progress reports and work plans to track and communicate project milestones
• Develop installation and engineering drawings to guide project implementation
• Attend site meetings with clients, architects, and authorities to address technical project matters
• Work on-site as required to oversee project activities and ensure compliance with inspection criteria
• Demonstrate proactive initiative and collaborate effectively as both an independent contributor and team player
• Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and responsibility while applying problem-solving skills
• Utilize MS Office, MS Excel, and AutoCAD to support project documentation and technical tasks
• Communicate clearly and interact professionally with staff at all levels to facilitate project coordination

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in engineering project roles
