Responsibilities:
- To oversee and manage the company's construction (subcontract) projects, including quality control (QS), project budgets, value orders (VOs), meetings, site walks, site progress, site installations, labor, technical support, inspections, project completion, and project handover.
- capable of reading drawings and extracting the bill of quantities.
- Store and retrieve business records, documents, and reports, as well as digitize them into the computer system inside the appropriate folders.
- Handle the Payment Claim for the Project.
- Monitor the project and the assigned tasks.
- Project submission and progress coordination.
- Track the development of fabrication and production.
Requirements:
- Minimum Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or other technical related field
- Candidates with no experience are WELCOME to apply
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD software
- Capable of reading and interpreting mechanical engineering drawings
- Open for 5.5 Days with Alternate Saturdays.
- Successful candidate must have Class 2B motorbike license
