ead and manage the execution of construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring full alignment with contractual obligations, approved designs, and regulatory requirements, backed by 8 years of hands-on industry experience.

Integrate, implement, and manage BIM workflows across all project phases, ensuring seamless coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines using Autodesk Revit and related BIM tools.

Review, analyze, and validate construction drawings, BIM models, and shop drawings to ensure design accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project specifications and authority standards.

Coordinate and direct multidisciplinary site teams, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring daily site operations meet quality benchmarks, safety standards, and progress targets.

Conduct and lead clash detection, model validation, and 3D/4D simulations to support effective project coordination, sequencing, and progress tracking.

Develop, monitor, and update detailed construction schedules, methodologies, and risk mitigation plans to ensure timely project delivery.

Take proactive responsibility for resolving complex on-site technical challenges, ensuring minimal disruption and zero-delay execution wherever possible.

Enforce rigorous quality control procedures, safety compliance, and site documentation, aligned with regulatory, authority, and corporate standards.

Prepare and submit technical reports, progress updates, variation claims, and supporting documentation for internal management and client review.

Participate actively in project audits, site inspections, authority submissions, and coordination meetings with stakeholders.

Demonstrate strong site leadership with a flexible work schedule, commencing work at 7:00 AM and continuing as required based on site conditions and project demands.
