Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop design and technical specifications for projects
- Prepare tender documents for bidding and submissions to authorities (Risk assessments, Method statements etc.)
- Follow up on tender submissions with end client
- Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets
- Coordinate and monitor work progress at site (periodical site inspection and attending meetings)
Job Requirements:
- Degree in either Civil Engineering or Interior Design recognised by BCA
- At least 4 years of working experience in related field
