Job Description
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising electrical works at project sites.
- Prepare and review electrical system designs, schematics, and layouts.
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials for site execution.
- Monitor site installation works to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Support in progress claim preparation project documentation to main contractors and clients.
- Carry out site inspections, testing, and commissioning electrical systems.
- Maintain proper project records, reports, and documentation.
- Always ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) requirements.
- Report site issues, delays, or technical problems to the Project Manager for timely resolution.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in electrical installation, construction, or M&E project management.
- Having Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services / Engineering or related field will be an advantage
- Familiar with progress claim submission and project cost control.
- Good understanding of BCA, MOM, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
