Job Summary
You will coordinate and support electrical engineering projects, driving seamless site operations and technical execution. Leverage your expertise in Low Voltage (LV) systems to ensure quality installation and compliance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site activities, resources, and information flow to facilitate smooth project execution
- Provide technical and administrative support to the Project Manager throughout all project phases
- Evaluate project requirements and contribute to planning and budgeting to align resources and timelines
- Ensure site activities are coordinated effectively with procurement, design, and quality assurance departments
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with drawings and specifications
- Update progress reports to maintain a clear, real-time view of project status for stakeholders
- Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues related to workflow, sequencing, or technical details to minimize delays
- Maintain professional communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives to ensure alignment
- Organize and document project meetings, assigning and following up on action items to drive accountability
- Address routine technical and coordination queries, escalating complex issues to appropriate parties
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation including daily reports, inspection records, and drawing revisions
- Support quality and safety protocols by ensuring all work complies with established standards and procedures
- Oversee installation, testing, and integration activities related to Low Voltage (LV) systems to ensure functionality and compliance
- Review LV system designs for constructability and provide practical input during project planning
- Collaborate with specialists and subcontractors to ensure correct installation and operation of LV systems
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in project engineering, site coordination, or similar roles within construction or engineering industries
- Demonstrated familiarity and practical site experience with Low Voltage (LV) systems
- Solid understanding of construction sequences, methods, and documentation related to CP / SS
- Proficiency in MS Office software for reporting and documentation
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to engage diverse project stakeholders
