Job Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of assigned projects, including planning, resource requisition (labour, materials, equipment), and timely delivery with minimal wastage.
- Monitor subcontractors performance, resolve site issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and internal teams on project progress, site matters, and necessary approvals.
- Prepare shop drawings, handle material requisitions, manage stock, and ensure execution aligns with approved plans and specifications.
- Ensure smooth project handover, manage claims/variations, and provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant project/site supervision experience,
- Preferably in construction or M&E works.
- Able to read drawings, prepare shop drawings/material requisitions, and manage project documentation
- Singaporean ONLY
