Job Responsibilities:-
- Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for electrical and mechanical works.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
- Approve design drawings, specifications, and technical documents for electrical and aircon systems.
- Oversee on-site activities, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Allocate materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently.
- Work with procurement and logistics teams.
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure work meets quality standards and project requirements.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate documentation for all project phases.
- Resolve technical issues quickly to minimize delays and support the construction team.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Keep clients, consultants, and internal teams updated on project status and address any issues.
Job Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience as a Project Engineer in electrical and mechanical projects.
- Knowledge of project management principles and tools.
- Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
