What You Will Do
- Develop, plan, and manage mechanical engineering projects, ensuring timely completion, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, supply chain, and quality control, to optimize project outcomes.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, such as drawings, specifications, and engineering reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost estimates for proposed projects.
- Evaluate and select appropriate materials, equipment, and fabrication methods for projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide guidance to junior engineers and technicians as needed.
- Monitor and report on project progress to all relevant stakeholders.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout project lifecycle.
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering and project management.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD/SolidWorks/Inventor.
