Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
• Prepare project reports, schedules, and documentation
• Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with regulations
• Oversee and manage all aspects of projects from planning to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in residential projects
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and local regulations
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
