Job Description

Project Execution & Coordination:

  • Assist the Project Manager in coordinating all phases of EPCIC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, Commissioning) projects, particularly for accommodation modules and turnkey solutions.
  • Support the development of project schedules, resource plans, and progress tracking reports.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering teams, external consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to project specifications.
  • Participate in project meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items to closure.

Technical & Engineering Support:

  • Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering designs for accommodation, piping, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Support the technical evaluation of vendor proposals and procurement activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, method statements, and work procedures.

Procurement & Supply Chain Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, technical fittings, tools, and consumables.
  • Maintain alignment between project schedules and material availability.

Quality, Safety & Compliance:

  • Ensure all project activities comply with company QHSE policies, industry standards, and client requirements.
  • Participate in site inspections, factory acceptance tests (FAT), and commissioning activities as required.

Stakeholder & Client Interface:

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and subcontractors on project-related technical and operational matters.
  • Foster strong working relationships with clients, shipyards, and suppliers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Education & Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Marine, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of project engineering experience in the marine, offshore, oil & gas, or cruise industries.
  • Familiarity with EPCIC project lifecycles, new builds, conversions, or dry docking is highly desirable.
