- Manage projects and programs, overseeing manpower supervision.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to implement necessary actions based on inspection reports, ensuring clear and accurate execution.
- Maintain a log of inspections, actions taken, and re-inspections to track rectified non-conformities.
- Submit shop drawings and material samples for review, ensuring they meet project specifications.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and allocating labour, materials, plant, transport, and equipment.
- Organize the activities of Site Supervisors and their workforce, aligning with project requirements.
- Monitor health and safety protocols on projects to ensure compliance with local regulations and safe working practices.
- Ensure that projects stay within the budget for labour and materials as outlined by the Project Manager.
- Inspect site progress and productivity, documenting and submitting progress claims for certification and payment.
