Project Engineer - CIVIL

Job Scope

• Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of civil engineering projects from start to finish

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and communicate progress

• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely project completion

• Oversee the construction process, including site visits, inspections, and quality control

• Identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement appropriate risk management strategies

• Collaborate with the design team to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards

• Prepare and review technical documentation, including reports, proposals, and design drawings

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering their professional development

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the civil/structural engineering industry

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex civil engineering projects from inception to completion

• Strong technical skills in project planning, design, and construction management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members

• Thorough understanding of relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards
