KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning and Scheduling:
- Prepare and Develop project plans and drawings, timelines and resource allocation
- Prepare all RA, MOS, SWP drawings for the client to review
Technical :
- Perform site inspection with RE & RTO whenever necessary to ensure that the works are carried out to
ensure the project adheres to engineering standards, specifications, and regulations
Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other engineers to ensure
smooth project execution
- Supervise Construction works and assist Project Managers/Director and QS in preparation of Progress
Claims
Budget and Resource Management:
- Monitor project costs, manages resources effectively and ensures the project stays within budget
Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control measures and ensuring the project meets the required quality standards
Problem Solving:
- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle
Reporting:
- Prepare and present daily and monthly project status reports to stakeholders
Safety Compliance:
- Ensure that the project adheres to all relevant safety regulations and standards
