Plan, coordinate, and supervise steel structure fabrication and erection activities in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.

Review structural steel shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection drawings before site implementation.

Coordinate with design engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues related to steel structures.

Monitor steel fabrication progress at workshop and ensure compliance with project quality requirements.

Supervise site erection of steel structures, including columns, beams, trusses, and connection works.

Ensure proper alignment, bolting, welding, and installation procedures during steel erection.

Conduct site inspections and quality checks for steel structure works.

Coordinate with QA/QC team for material inspection, welding inspection, and NDT requirements.

Prepare and submit method statements, inspection requests (IR), and work progress reports.

Monitor project schedule and ensure steel structure activities meet planned milestones.

Manage site manpower, equipment, and subcontractors involved in steel structure works.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations during lifting and steel erection activities.

Attend project meetings and provide updates on steel structure progress, issues, and solutions.

Assist in material estimation, procurement coordination, and cost control for steel structure components
